All our calves are born and raised here on the farm. Grass fed beef has a healthier profile of omega fatty acids and CLAs. Our Angus and Hereford cross cattle ( with some Jersey now) graze our organically managed pastures. We use no hormones and only treat sick cattle when necessary (I last treated a cow with antibiotics 6 years ago). We age our carcasses for three weeks before cutting and vacuum packing. You can enjoy our beef knowing it was raised well and is good for you. We pack our beef in a variety of 20lb boxes and it is also available in 60 pound and 40 pound "shares". Each share has a variety of the T-bones, sirloins, rib steak, chuck steak, other assorted roasts and is a third to a half ground beef.
