The main reason to buy our beef is that our calves are born and raised here on the farm. Our Angus and Hereford cattle graze our organically managed pastures and hay.  We feed no antibiotics or growth promotants and use no hormones or steroids.     We only treat sick cattle when necessary (I last treated a cow with antibiotics 6 years ago). We are experimenting with the best way to age our carcasses to maximize flavor and yield.

You can enjoy our beef knowing it was raised well and is good for you. We pack our beef in a variety of 20lb boxes and it is also available in 60 pound and 40 pound  "shares".   The steaks include rib eyes, filets, sirloin, NY strip.  More of the beef is in hamburger and we also offer some beef sausage too.  We look forward to hearing from you.     Go to the order page to contact us about an order or to the price page to learn more about packaging and shipping.
