Usually an order for feet is preceded by "I can't believe I am ordering chicken feet. How do you use them?" Fear not. Our feet are prepared at a USDA inspected plant. Many cultures commonly use feet in their cooking and fine chefs have valued them for the good they add to chicken broths. The chicken soup recipe recommended in Jordan Rubin is called Brasco Broth. I have made it several times and it has been a little different each time. One time the ginger flavor was so strong the soup was tasty to only a few hardy souls.

I have not checked out any particular group but when I did a search for Crohn's Disease I found over 100 groups. Let me know if any of these is more helpful than others.
